Chef / Owner
In 1985 Steve graduated with an Associates Degree in Applied Science, Culinary
Arts from Newbury College, Boston Massachusetts. After gaining extensive
training and experience as a cook for country clubs and local Restaurants, he
was recruited as part of the opening team for a Four Star, Four Diamond rated
up-scale Inn in New Hampshire.
Steve moved on to working in Hotels where he spent 5 years at the Center
of New Hampshire Holiday Inn and 3 years at the Back bay Hilton in Boston Massachusetts
in the capacity of Executive Sous Chef. After the Hilton Steve spent the
next 8 years working for Wyndham Hotels and Resorts. First at there Resort
property in Montego Bay Jamaica W.I. Then as Executive Chef for their down town
hotel in Toledo Ohio, and finally as the Executive Chef of the Wyndham Peachtree
Conference Center in Peachtree City Ga.
Steve has received many awards during his career including awards in hot and
cold food competitions, a Bronze medal in an Ice Carving competition and
awards for his ginger bread houses. Steve is a very creative individual with
extensive experience in cooking and the execution of all types of events and
functions.

Cyndy has 20+ years of experience in the Hospitality Industry in many capacities
ranging from a server and bartender to front of the house Supervisor and Dinning
Room Manager. Cyndy has worked in many Four Star, Four Diamond restaurants in
her career including The Bedford Village Inn, Curriers at the Center of New
Hampshire , and the Kennebunkport Inn who's clientele includes the likes of
Ex-President Bush and family.
Cyndy's various experiences include Hotels, Bistro Style Restaurants,
Fine-Dinning Establishments with table side cooking, Resorts, and Catering
Facilities. Her extensive knowledge in wine, and a variety of service styles
gives here the ability to create a professional touch to all occasions.
